After earning his bachelor’s of science degree in chemistry, with minors in Spanish and art, at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, William Stofer attended Indiana University and received his DDS degree. In college, Dr. Stofer played football for four years, was awarded the American Chemical Society Award for Excellence in Organic Chemistry, and he studied photography and architecture. He was recognized for clinical achievement in dental school at IU, as well. Since then, he has become a lifelong learner, studying at PAC-live and the Misch Institute. He has certification to administer Invisalign and advanced training in implant placement, oral conscious sedation, and CEREC one-visit restorations, and many other dental procedures.
Dr. Stofer, a vested member of the professional dental community, holds membership in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Kosciusko County Dental Society, Indiana Dental Association, and Chicago Dental Society. He writes a dental column for The Warsaw Times Union called "Ask Dr. Bill." Dr. Stofer is a member of the Rotary Club and past president of Kosciusko County Shrine Club. He offers free mouthguards to patients who play high school or college sports, and he also participates in Give Kids a Smile Day.
Dr. Stofer and his wife, Jenny, have one young son, Harrison. Away from work and studies, Dr. Stofer enjoys any sport "in, on, or under the water!" He also takes to the sky on occasion, as he has his pilot's license.

Dr. Lyndsey Hazen grew up in Rochester, Indiana along with her older sister and two younger brothers. Her choice to become a dentist was natural, as she is one of several practicing dentists in her family. Her father, Dr. Ray Hazen, is a dentist in Rochester. He is a prosthodontist as well as an instructor for a prestigious national dental implant program. Dr Hazen’s sister, Dr. Ryanne Hazen, has also earned a dental degree from Indiana University. Her youngest brother, Elliot Hazen, is a dental lab technician and owns a local dental laboratory. Part of Dr. Lyndsey Hazen’s childhood was spent on a farm raising animals. When her family moved to Rochester, her passion for animals continued, and she became an active equestrian member of the Fulton County 4-H Club.
While in high school, she enjoyed participating in both tennis and volleyball, winning numerous state volleyball titles and advancing to win a national championship. Dr. Hazen also excelled academically, graduating with honors as Valedictorian of her class at Fulton County Christian Academy. During her senior year of high school, she had the opportunity to go through a Spanish emersion program where she lived with a Mexican family in Puebla, Mexico for six months, learning the Spanish language and culture.
Following graduation from high school, Dr. Hazen attended Indiana University and received a bachelor’s of science degree in biology. In addition, she earned minors in chemistry, psychology, and Spanish. Dr. Hazen then earned her doctorate of dental surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry. While attending dental school, Dr. Hazen was an active member in the dental sorority Delta Sigma Delta. Currently, she is a member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. In her free time, she enjoys keeping busy. She loves helping others and has joined other healthcare professionals on mission trips to Haiti. Additionally, she enjoys traveling, exercising, hiking, camping, sports, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
With a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, Jaime is well suited to manage our office. Meeting new patients, helping people achieve optimal oral health, and offering quality care are her goals. Jaime and her husband, Chadd, have one dog, Oz. They enjoy spending time with friends or visiting with family at the family farm.
Jane has an associate's degree in secretarial studies from Manchester College, and she has worked in medical reception for more than 20 years. She appreciates the variety of her job and all of the wonderful patients she gets to meet. After work, Jane enjoys reading, golfing, or bicycling with her husband and sons.
Noemi (MiMi), Patient Care Coordinator/Translator As our office translator, Noemi allows us to care for and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. She is a senior at IPFW working toward her bachelor's degree in Spanish, as well as a teaching certificate. Noemi enjoys our team and her many duties, which include working the front desk, helping in the back office, and translating. At home, Noemi loves being a mom and going on outings with her young son.
Kelly is one of the first people you will meet when you visit our dental office. She is new to the profession, but her upbeat personality and enthusiasm keep our entire staff smiling. She loves meeting new people and learning about our administrative procedures, making her a wonderful addition to the team. One of six children, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and shopping with her friends.
Lorrin is currently a senior in high school. After graduating in June, she plans to study dentistry at a university. She has been an invaluable asset to our team, as she is eager to learn all of the details involved in our dental procedures. In her spare time, Lorrin enjoys playing with her twelve-year-old brother, Ryan, and their animals, Chihuahua, Texi, and cat, Bubbles. She’s also interested in staying active through dancing, running track, and playing rugby.
Abby holds an associate's degree in dental hygiene and enjoys working in a "preventative" office. She focuses on building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them improve, then maintain, optimal oral health. With her two daughters, Maddy and Ally, and husband, Josh, she attends Sacred Heart Church. The family enjoys lake activities, amusement parks, vacations, and shopping.
After graduating with her associate's degree in dental hygiene, Becca came on board with our team. Staying current with treatment and technology and creating a relaxed, welcoming environment make her job interesting. She enjoys making a difference in patients' lives and building relationships with new and current patients. Becca and her husband, Jason, have one puppy, Lucy.
Jen earned her associate's degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University at South Bend.
She has undergone training with JP Consulting in the area of periodontal disease; with Hornbrook Group in the area of digital photography for cosmetic dentistry; and many other continuing education institutions in diverse areas of study. She grew up in Plymouth, where she now lives with her new husband. Jen enjoys our professional, family-oriented team and getting to know each of her patients on a personal level. Her evenings and weekends are spent watching the Colts, visiting with family, or playing with Allie, her dog.
Since earning her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from West Virginia University, Stacey has worked in dentistry for 13 years. She enjoys the fun atmosphere in our office and all of our interesting, smiling patients. When she isn't creating healthy smiles, Stacey works as assistant swim coach at Northwood High School. She and her husband have two sons, Sam and new baby Sawyer.
Trista's seven-year commitment to serving the dental community has been a tremendous asset. She holds an associate's degree in medical office administration from Ivy Tech and earned her expanded duties certification through Indiana University. She enjoys a variety of responsibilities and meeting new patients every day. At home, Trista and her husband, Brad, have one daughter, Addison. They like to spend time with family, friends, and dog, Owen, on the weekend.
Ashley has worked as a dental assistant for five years. She holds certification in dental radiology and earned her EFDA at Indiana University. Meeting new people and helping them achieve a healthy, gorgeous smile makes Ashley love her career. A newlywed, Ashley and her husband, Tommy, have two sons, Zebadiah and Zacharias. Ashley is involved in ministry through her church. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family and playing with her two dogs, Abby and Palin.
After graduating from Indiana-Purdue University of Fort Wayne with an associate’s degree in medical radiology, Devan became a dental assistant with expanded duties certification. She holds membership in the American Dental Assistants Association as well. Dedicated to improving our patients’ oral health, Devan loves teaching people how to take care of their smiles. Away from the office, she and her husband, Chad, have two daughters: Makenlie, 4, and Ashlynn, 5 months. Devan likes to ride horses, play softball, and spend quality time with her family.
Amanda holds certificates in dental assisting and dental radiology from the Indiana University-Purdue University of Fort Wayne. She is currently taking courses at IUPU Indianapolis that will enable her to become an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. Amanda belongs to both the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and the Isaac Knapp Association. She loves working in our positive and friendly office atmosphere and seeing the gorgeous smiles of patients we treat. When she’s not working, Amanda likes to spend quality time with her friends and family.
