Giving Warsaw a Higher Level of Care

Qualified Dentists

Dr. Bill Stofer has practiced dentistry in Warsaw since 2000. He is always refining his skills, and he knows how to listen and offer meaningful, compassionate care. He is now joined by Dr. Brock Spangle, who brings a fresh perspective to Dental Solutions.

Relaxing Sedation

If you feel anxious about the prospect of oral surgery, our Warsaw dentists can administer nitrous oxide, oral sedatives, or IV sedation. These can help you relax in the dental chair.

Fast Results

Patients considering an implant-supported denture can benefit from the fast results the All-on-4® method provides. With it, our dentists can attach a temporary denture on the same day as your oral surgery, so you can leave our office with a functional smile.

Making Beautiful Smiles Affordable Dental Insurance and Financing Accepted

While dental insurance won't cover the cost of your implants, it may help cover your denture and any preparatory work you need. We're proud to accept most insurances, and our friendly team will help you maximize your benefits.

If you're uninsured or have out-of-pocket expenses, we accept CareCredit® financing to break the total cost of your care into affordable installments. This helps Warsaw patients undergo life-changing All-on-4 and other advanced dentistry procedures, no matter their financial situation.

Stability, Function, and Confidence You Gain All 3 With All-on-4

A Stable Denture

Dental implants provide a level of stability comparable to natural tooth roots, which means your dentures won't slip or fall out.

A Restored Smile

All-on-4 restores your ability to bite, chew, speak, and smile. The temporary prosthesis looks great and allows for natural oral function, and the custom prosthesis resembles natural teeth.

Greater Self-Confidence

Severe tooth loss makes people reluctant to smile. It also causes the lips and cheeks to appear sunken in. With a restored smile, you can feel more confident in your appearance.

“They have earned a lifetime customer.”

“I would give 100 star rating if I could. The start, the intermediate, the end of care was all a great and cohesive experience. They were patient, caring, and understanding care providers. They have earned a lifetime customer from me. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Brock, for the great care.”

Good Candidates for All-on-4 Implants

 Extensive Tooth Loss

Most patients who undergo this treatment at our Warsaw practice are missing most or all of their teeth. Any remaining teeth can be extracted as part of the treatment process.

Sufficient Jawbone Density

Patients need to have healthy jawbone structure to support the dental implants. If a patient has suffered bone atrophy following tooth loss, other options must be considered.

Good Overall Health

Your dentist will assess your oral health and general wellness prior to the procedure. Patients should be able to undergo oral surgery without a high risk of complications.

Initial Consultation

During your initial consultation at our Warsaw, IN, dental office, we will review your dental records, take X-rays, and discuss your tooth replacement goals.

Treatment Planning

We will use X-rays and cone beam CT scans to determine the ideal position for the four implants.

Oral Surgery

The dental implants will be surgically anchored along your dental arch. The two posterior implants will be placed at a 45-degree angle to maximize contact with the jawbone.

Temporary Denture

After surgery, the four implants will be able to support a temporary prosthesis, restoring some normal oral function.

Osseointegration

Osseointegration is the process in which the titanium implants fuse with the jawbone and become part of your anatomy. This healing and recovery time takes three to six months.

Final Denture

Crafted for both aesthetics and durability, your final denture will resemble natural teeth. Your dentist can attach it to your dental implants at your final appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions About All-on-4 Dental Implants in Warsaw, IN

How can I care for my replacement teeth?

You can care for your implant-supported denture much like you would care for natural teeth: brush them twice a day, floss under them and around the implant posts with a floss threader, and attend twice-yearly checkups at our Warsaw office. Caring for your denture is important to stave off problems like gum disease, bone loss, and implant failure.

Will my denture look like natural teeth?

Our dentists insist on using high-quality materials so your final denture will look and feel like natural teeth. It will withstand normal bite forces, and if cared for properly, can last for 15-20 years.

What if four implants aren't enough?

If our dentists determine that four implants wouldn’t be able to securely hold your denture in place, they may recommend All-on-X. This procedure incorporates more implants into your custom treatment plan until the procedure would result in a stable implant-supported denture.
